LLC bought a 10-year-old, 42,255-square-foot office building, on 2.36 acres, at
1291 W. Galleria Dr. in Henderson for $3.3 million, or $78 per square foot,
from Via Alatoire St. and W. Galleria Dr., LLC. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Cathy Jones and her team represented the seller; Sperry Van Ness’ David Stubbs
represented the buyer.
